The Real Thing

I've seen your face a thousand times

Have all your stories memorized
I've kissed your lips a million ways
But I still love to have you around

I've held you too many times to count
I think I know you inside out
And we're together most days
But I still love to have you around

You're the one I want and it's not just phase
You're the one I trust, our love is the real thing

Don't go away
My love (my love)
I want you to stay
In my life
Don't go away
My lover (my love)
I'm happiest when we spend time

You're a salty water ocean wave
You knock me down, you kiss my face
I know the storms will always come
But I still love to have you around

Heaven knows what will come next
So emotional, you're so complex
A rollercoaster built to crash
But I still love to have you around

You're the one I want and it's not just phase
You're the one I trust, our love is the real thing
Don't go away
My love (my love)
I want you to stay
In my life
Don't go away
My lover (my love)
I'm happiest when we spend time (it's only you and I)

It's you there when I close my eyes
And you in the morning
I never thought you'd still be mine
Or I'd really need to have you around

Don't go away
My love (my love)
I want you to stay
In my life
Don't go away
My lover (my love)
I need you, you're my love supply

Don't go away
My love (you're my love supply)
I want you to stay
In my life (every day, every night)
Don't go away
My love (you're my love supply)
I need you, you're my love supply

You did it, babe!

Motoring Hunt: must-join, not-to-be-missed event. That is exactly what it means to my husband. As for me, penat aje: get up as early as six (during weekend tu!) for the 1 whole day hunt. If you win, it's your luck..but if not, hrrmmpphh..for me buat rugi bayar yuran penyertaan aje (which is not really cheap, at least 100 bucks ok, can be up to 200!)

I can say...he is addicted to it. Spending hundreds (this month he joins 3 hunt, you calculate the fee) for this hobby, he will..Collection of the questions at our house: boleh buat library :)
His hunt accessories: The clipboard, dictionary, thesaurus, pens, map..(don't think only budak sekolah ada dictionary)

T-shirt he got from the hunt-a lot! Tak payah beli baju selalu..banyak sangat baju free hihi..and he is proud wearing it. (bukan senang nak dapat the shirt..konon :P )

Sometimes, i was thinking...perabih duit masuk hunt tu..x selalu menang besar pun...klu duit tu beli my shoes lagi best...tp last week was kewl gitu...you brought back 1K!

Congratulations, dear!

Aqiqah Qaisara : 1st of July 2007

Qaisara's aqiqah ceremony was held last 2 weeks, (only managed to upload the pics today hehe). She behaved very well that day...(tapi dah petang surrender, terus mengamuk 'kepenatan berlakon baik'). Not much photos taken, since semua org busy..this is the best pic (i can say) that can be uploaded. Will upload others later...

Little Qaisara turns 3 months

Last Sunday was her 3rd months old birthday..how fast time goes by!

Thursday, June 28, 2007

Ah-ha!

motherhood isn't easy..

It was almost 5 months i leave this blog with no updates at all. (Yes, at all!)
Not many things happened during that particular period, but surely the most joyous moment i had in those 5 months dated 8th of april--the arrival of our little bundle of joy: QAISARA

Went through confinement was like..hell!(Ish tak baik cakap camtu, it was for my own good) Believe me, orang yang sangat sabar saje yang kata confinement is ok. Tapi best, first class service: macam puteri raja ok! Thanks to my beloved mother..Tolong jaga me and my baby...
This really make me think: kesian orang yang tak ada mak..siapa yang nak jaga masa pantang? Nobody can take care of you as good as your mother..prepare the food for 'org dalam pantang', pakaikan barut/bengkung, urutkan badan, and even siapkan air mandi tau! Tu tak kira jaga baby yang meragam at night..Again, thank you very much mak. Luv ya!

It was time to leave mak after confinement, and suddenly i feel so sad..ahah, being so comfy at home made me homesick when i returned to KL..but life must go on...

Too many things to face, taking care of the baby alone (i mean with no more help from mak), back to work etc..that makes me laaagiii x sempat nak update blog. Later ya!

As for now, i'm proud to present my little girl:-

Baby Qaisara is now 6kg!

It's February...

Well,

Time flies...we are now in Mid of Feb already...February will always be my favourite month of all because:

1. My birthday falls in this month, as well as my brother, my husband and also my father.
2. Err..tu je kot ( i guess reason no 1 should be enough to make Feb the most awaited month)

3 birthdays passed by:

1. My lil brother 19th birthday on the 10th
2. My hubby 27th birthday on the 7th
3. My 27th birthday on the 15th

February facts:

1. I got my Valentine rose on the 15th (a day after). We don't actually celebrate it but i gave him a card though..so maybe he felt like not giving anything but only wishes, he bought me a rose the next day..(which happened to be my birthday) Why on 15th? because "hari ni satu kuntum 5 ringgit saja..kalau u beli semalam 15 ringgit maa" that was exactly si penjual bunga said to him, he claimed.

2. On the day i got the rose, i only got the rose! Oh, and the birthday card. I supposed i don't deserve any birthday present this year, as all the 'fund' is now funded to our lil one who is on the way to meet us this april..hmm..last year i had to sacrifice for our wedding, this year for the baby pulak...am i destined to not getting any present anymore? :-(

3. During our sweet-old-time, my husband (boifriend back then) was always "tiru" the idea of giving birthday present. Since his birthday was 8 days earlier than me, he will tiru all my gifts idea. For this year, the card he gave was almost the same design with the one a gave him the previous week! Huh, hubby you never change, and won't change i guess..will show you guys the card...then you evaluate ok.

4. Me also don't deliver the birthday present for my husband :D The "thing" is in my mind..it's just that physically still in the shop :-) Still no time to go to the shop and get one for hubby...my condition now doesn't allow me to rush here and there alone. So still kena tunggu my very busy husband to accompany me...

5. I got a very nice MMS birthday wish from my brother written Happy Birthday Along.

6. Not to be forgotten: in the office, one major outage happened on my birthday and i'm the one who attended it. Tak ong ka my birthday? :-(

babymoon

You've heard of a honeymoon. Well, now, make room for the "babymoon." It's a new trend, common among first-time-parents-to-be, who see it as one of the last vacations they'll take before "baby makes three."

The term "babymoon," was coined by British author and childbirth educator Sheila Kitzinger, who defines it as the important time a family spends together alone during a baby's first few days of life.
Many couples take a "babymoon" during the second trimester (when the risk of miscarriage is lower). And travel experts say, Florida and the Caribbean are their destinations of choice.

Time on the beach, at a nice resort, being pampered before your belly and family expand... it sounds wonderful. Makes me wish I had taken a "babymoon" when I was pregnant with my daughter. However, if you don't have the money to take advantage of the "babymoon" packages offered by resorts and spas, but you still want "special time" with your spouse, consider a weekend trip close to home. After all, often it's not where you are, but whom you are with, that makes for a memorable trip.

MY DEAR HUSBAND, I NEED A BABYMOON!

2007 already?

Cepatnya masa berlalu...can't believe it's now 2007...dah mid of Januari dah pun...very sure APRIL is aproaching so soon..(huh takutnye)

Many things happened on December and yet to be summarized before we start a new 2007 stories. First of all i'd like to congratulate my friend YATIE, on her wedding held in Terengganu. We came to share the joyous moment (and perabih duit dekat Pasar Payang as well)...

Congratulation Yatie and Haizul

Celebrated our Raya Haji with inlaws, still manage to go back to my hometown to celebrate my lil brother's engagement...congratulations both of you :)

hehe..hantaran instant done by us!

A week after new year, hubby and I went to Genting (dapat hotel RM1). Here, we (hubby actually) found a very interesting and useful station that we thought we had never found it anywhere else before:

A free handphone-charging station!

Sooo many chargers for different model of phones

Menarik kan? For emergency cases, you'll find it really useful...

My 2006 events and histories was wrapped with a not to be forgotten+demotivated event: 4 of my geng minum petang at the office had left the company for a better career move in MNC companies in Cyberjaya...their loss were really affecting my minum petang routine..especially during my shift..ergh...lps ni nak minum ngan sape :-((

Hopefully this new year will be a very prosperous, lucky year to me and giving me more good things, more money, perhaps :-)

My First IMAX Experience

Last Saturday, we went out to Berjaya Times Square. Well, considered that as a family outing:- we brought along my 2 SILs to watch IMAX : Open Season. It was a great experience, and worth our money spent...

Looking at the ticketing area, it was much2 less crowded compared to our normal cinemas (eg: GSC, TGV etc).

Waah..so less crowded, unlike GSC and TGV? hmmm...

The reason must be the pricing of the ticket..but the difference? Hmmpphh..IMAX is totally cool. Watching in 3D mode really gives you a satisfaction that you won't get when you watch in 2D..(Tapi kene abaikan about how do you look wearing damn big glasses: it was so funny)

Funny me in super-duper big glasses!

I'll definitely go often to IMAX if i can get lower price. But for now, sekali-sekala ajelah..

Could you guys guess? This pic was taken in the bubble lift at KLCC. You can see the photographer next to me, holding the camera-phone.

Eid Mubarak

Salam All,

I think it's still not too late to wish all of you Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri..Maaf Zahir dan Batin (yes, i mean it..Maaf Zahir dan Batin). This is my first time to celebrate EidulFitri as a wife and luckily, still celebrating with my parents in our hometown..it's a bit different celebration this year, but one thing for sure will be the same every year: main bunga api and mercun ketupat! haha..you guys must be confused to see us adults playing bunga api...(definitely no kids..no joke man..betul ni x tipu, the eldest is 26 yrs old while the youngest is 13 yrs old)

Routine to follow: to get to know more about my husband relatives (penat tidak terkata, banyaaakk sangat rumah to go) and also pay my relatives regular visits. Satisfied with our raya this year..managed to invite our friends for makan2..at our house..(thanks to all who came) and now time to puasa 6...hopefully cukup 6 hari

Hopefully everyone is enjoying EidulFitri!

Uli Uli Aidifitri

Last weekend, i've started our (me, MIL and SIL) mission: buat kuih raya! We've started with our very first kuih: TART GULUNG. The result: First doh a bit keras, but still sedap...Second doh and afterwards...sedappp!!!hehehe

Nampak sedap tak?

....and the best part is...my kuih tart dah ada bekasnya for hari raya!

ehehehe..cantik kan?

To be continued next weekend....

Bukapuasa@Outside part II

Last Monday, again we decided to have a very well-deserved buka puasa outside..but still at KLCC. This time we aimed for Royal Thai Food, Chakri's Palace. No queuing, the best thing ever! I was craving for the crab (hmm yummy!) so that we had chosen ala carte menu..(no crab in buffet menu, can you believe that?)

The interior changed a lot...I showed that we hadn't had our lunch here for quite a long time...our menu: Of course la Tom Yam Gung, kerabu mangga and the crab! (already forgotten of the name) Not to be forgotten our favourite soursop juice (huh, mcm x ada air lain)

Yum Yum Yum :-)

Here comes the crab..the hidden crab (dah x de kulit dia)

My fave: Frozen Soursop

Gotcha! habiskan udang, x ingat org lain..

We still managed to shop our groceries at Cold Storage. After Maghrib prayer, we went back with our full stomach!

Bukapuasa@Outside

We rarely break our fast outside..the reason: i go back early everyday, and still have time to cook..so why eat outside? Lucky me to have a husband who balun aje whatever i cook..(eventhough x sedap hehe)...but of course i only manage to cook very simple dishes, letihla nak masak yang complicated everyday..penat keje lagi...

So what we do is we top up our lauk with some other lauk and kuih from Bazaar Ramadhan
nearby to mix and match with the dishes i cook. OK la so far, not much complaint from hubby..

Last week, we decided to tukar selera by breaking our fast outside..venue? of course la klcc..it's the
most convenient place to eat (heh, ye ke...maybe for my husband..since he's working at the tower..) It was Friday, since i was leaving the office early, i drove myself to KLCC and met him there. Too bad, i was stucked in traffic jam all the way to KLCC (it was 5 PM and the traffic was damn heavy). I only managed to reach there at 6..(huh normal journey normally takes only 20 mins..sigh..)

6 PM wasn't a good timing to search for available seats at my hubby's favourite chicken restaurant: NANDO's. Too long queue! We decided too break our fast with something (a slice of pizza, cut fruits and a bottle of guava juice). After Maghrib prayer, we went again to NANDO's and still people were queueing! hmmm..no choice, but to queue..

erhh..panjangnya queue!

At last..your deserved peri peri

We have their ramadhan special menu..and i just love love the bubble blackcurrant drink :-) Quite enjoying our meal, we went back at around 9 PM ++. Managed to snap few pics at Concourse hehe

besarnya ketupat! you can see the kolum too..

Money Matters

HMMM...who said that Ramadhan is a month to berjimat-cermat...i don't believe in that..lagi koyak adala! Few weeks before Ramadhan, i've spent 20 bucks for serunding daging: for iftar. Plus another 4 bucks for home-made acar buah, promoted by one of my office-mate..hmm tu baru intro..

The next other day...ada jualan tudung pulak dekat office..i burn 70 bucks for that! Tudung raya konon...adoiii..ooppss lupa, i managed to burn another 70 ringgit for kuih raya...also promoted by my office-mate...sigh..tu dekat office je...not yet included bazaar ramadhan expenditure...shopping for raya, budget for duit raya...wowowowooo....it's really a money matter!

HP Raya

Well, i think another post should be in my blog by today...hehe and since harini pun very unproductive...let me fulfil my time with something...to announce that i got a new phone!

Well, big thanks to my dearest hubby for sponsoring the phone..(haha, habis kopak duit bonus)
OK, it's not my dream phone k800i, but something else...hubby said it's too expensive, meaning that he's not willing to waste his money, i repeat: HIS MONEY...plus after a chit-chat with one of SONYWINGS' staff who stated that the phone is not that stable yet..and recommend him another model instead...so the best model he is willing to 'burn' his money for is only k750i OR w700i...hmm ok lah tu..since my phone pun dah very the very nazak...terima je lah..lagipun if i demand for more, mcm mana nak dapat baju raya, kasut raya, gelang raya (eheh!)

So, we went to Sg Wang yesterday..we surprised ourselves for not getting the aimed model but the other model and brand instead! The reason: our aimed model x de 3G..so alang-alang beli (and i am not a person who keep changing a phone) better get a 3G phone..so that later senangla..

We finally picked this NOKIA 6280.. i think it suites girls..all basic functions are there..camera 2.0 megapixels...hmm satisfied with this phone..but not sure how reliable it is so far..

NOKIA 6280

We have started capturing photos, and also deleting the unwanted mp3 songs downloaded by the 'orang kedai'..and still need time to explore more..maklumla..dah lama x pakai NOKIA..heh

Anyway, again, i'd like to express my gratitude to my dearest husband for this..mwahs mwahs!

Ramadhan Mubarak

Alhamdulillah, as time goes by...my cough and flu are recovering well...seems Allah listened to what i've prayed for! Still not yet started my Quran recitement, hmm macam mana nak khatam dalam bulan pose ni? INSYA-ALLAH dengan izin-NYA, i'll start it very2 soon..
Yesterday, my puasa completed succesfully, but after buka puasa ada muntah sikit-sikit..really hope that i don't get my gastric this soon..masa tarawikh i'm sort of termengah-mengah..only able to do 8 rakaat tarawikh (eleh, alasan!)

Hehe..this morning i managed to get up for sahur..well actually sahur dekat my Parent-In-Law..after sahur baru balik to our apartment...we have to move to work before 7 today...since we start early and go back early for buka puasa in Ramadhan..My hubby and I need to clock in at 8.00 o'clock..i reached my office around 7.30 today..uh, another half an hour to..sleep? hehe..i can't help myself to sleep..so i decided to go surau to take a nap..

8 o'clock...start to work..but ngantuklah..network pun slow...hmm MONDAY BLUES Ramadhan Edition...
